Our toll-free order line is available 24 hours a day. This free call service is available to answer basic product questions and take customer credit card product orders and donations. However, to remedy problems with your order or with questions about a previously placed order, call the FHH office in Texarkana, Texas, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Central time.
If a call is received after business hours and a voicemail is left, we will make every effort to return the call within 1 business day.
