For items received for your donation, please allow two to three weeks.

How long will it take to receive my product order?

At From His Heart we make every attempt to get your product to you in the shortest amount of time, but also in the most cost-effective manner. Typically, your product will arrive in two to three weeks from ship date. Because orders from the Web site are not processed until the next business day, please allow an extra day or two for orders to be shipped.

How can I know if my order has been shipped?

We would welcome an e-mail requesting information and we will respond with the shipment information.

How much will I pay for shipping?

From His Heart uses the most cost-effective method of shipping unless you request and pay for an expedited method. Click the 'shipping' link to see the domestic and international shipping rates.

Can I speed up my shipping delivery?

We are not able to offer expedited shipping on orders placed on our Web site. However, your order may be expedited by calling our local customer service line at From His Heart at 1-903-838-8329, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am.–4:00 pm, Central Time. At this time, we will receive your request and then get back with you regarding the charges.

What will I pay for expediting my order?

In addition to standard shipping fees, the added charges will have to be determined on an individual basis, depending on the cost of the order, carrier needed, and the destination of the package. You will only be charged the additional rates as determined by the carriers.

May I have a catalog?

From His Heart does not offer a product catalog at this time. Our inventory changes frequently and the cost of printing catalogs to keep up with those changes is significant. However, you may find an extensive listing of our products on this Web site. Just visit the Store link and search by category or title.

Can I order by phone?

From His Heart has a call center that is available 24 hours a day to take your order or to make a donation to the ministry with your credit card. Call 877-777-6171 anytime. However, this call center will only be able to take orders and donations. To have questions answered about an order previously placed, you will need to call the  From His Heart ministry office in Texarkana, TX at 903-838-8329, Monday – Thursday from 9:00 to 4 PM, Central Time. If you call when our office is closed, please leave a message and we WILL return your call during these office hours. You may also send us an e-mail question.

How may I make a donation to the ongoing ministry of From His Heart?

If you wish to receive the “thank you” gift that we offer each month for your donation, please make sure you select that option on your online donation form. If you donate by mail, please write your request mentioning the month’s premium gift on a separate sheet of paper.

How can I get a total of my yearly giving?

From His Heart is legally obligated and will send a year-end receipt of the total donations made in the previous calendar year if you gave at least a one-time gift of $250 or more. It will be mailed before January 31 of the following year. Remember, if you have given to FHH, you would have received an itemized receipt and/or packing slip that would have contained the amount of your gift at that time. If you did not order materials, but simply gave a donation, you would have also received a “letter of appreciation” that would have detailed the amount of your donation and your year-to-date total.  These should be kept for your tax records. If your giving (not product sales) exceeds $250, you will receive a total for your year-end giving. (FHH is not required to send tax-receipts for total donations less than $250 in a given year).  It will be sent to the last available address in our system. If you have moved, it is your responsibility to inform us of this change. FHH is not responsible for forwarding mail to additional addresses.

How do I make a change to my automatic monthly giving?

If you signed up for an automatic donation online through our website and at that time you created an account user name (email address) and password, you can use these to login and review all your online giving (to this account).  If you did not set up an online account for your recurring donation, please contact us Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. Central Time at 903-838-8329.  We can help you with this information.  if you need to make a change to your automatic credit card donation, please just let us know when you call. This, however, cannot be done through the toll-free service operators.

How do I return a product?

Thank you for ordering from From His Heart Ministries. If you would like to return an item you’ve ordered, please call our in-office customer service line at 903-838-8329 during business hours, inform us of your desire to return the product. You will be informed about where to send it and what to write on the package. Once we receive the package in the mail, we will then refund 100% of the price for the resources you purchased or send you a replacement.

My order was damaged or defective; how do I get a replacement?

If there is a problem with your order or if an item is damaged or defective, please call Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. Central Time at 903-838-8329 and we will be happy to replace the item without you returning the defective product.

How do I get the current monthly gift?

If you would like the current gift for your donation, please check the correct box indicating your desire to receive the monthly gift with that donation.  If you receive our direct mail, indicate by checking the appropriate box on the reply card you receive, then return it in the mail with your check.  If you would like the current gift for your donation to go to a different address than the one you entered, please call us Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. Central Time at 903-838-8329.

What amount of donation am I required to give to receive the month's premium?

Each month, FHH offers a different "premium gift" as a thank you for your financial support.  It is only a token of our thanks for your gift… a gift that allows FHH to produce and distribute these materials and broadcast on the air around the world.  Pastor Jeff receives no income from donations to FHH.  As a non-profit organization, we depend on the financial support of those blessed by the ministry to help us.  We are not able to provide resources repeatedly to those whose donation does not cover our raw costs. While we are happy to do so the first month it is requested, we wish we could continue each month for the same person or household. We will pray and wait for God’s provision to change our policy.  To restate, FHH can only supply any month’s premium one time per month per person or household.  Additionally, for those who give less than our raw costs (production and mailing – usually $5), we will only be able to honor that request one time to that person or household in a year.  

From His Heart reserves the right to discontinue sending products if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the recipient is abusing the opportunity to receive products worth more than their gift.
